		uncork the adventure :: where are we going? :: how do we get there? You've bought umoostakebly good wine. You've picked your moosetacular destination. Now, how do you get that Orbitz discount? To redeem your discount, you'll need to mail a completed form (found around the neck of 3 Blind Moose bottles) with the UPC code(s) filled in, include an original itemized cash receipt with the purchase and purchase price(s) of the wine circled, and include the capsule from the bottles. What if I want to give the bottles as gifts? (Do you still need the capsules? – it will ruin my gift?) Unfortunately, we do still need the capsule. If you remove the capsule with a foil cutter, the foil on the neck will remain. Otherwise, maybe after you share the unmoostakeably good wine with your friends, they will give you back the capsule! Do I need to send in the actual UPC code from the bottle (label)? No need to peel the label or cut the label. Just write the UPC code down on the form. You can find the UPC on the back label. See the illustration above for more help. What constitutes proof of purchase? Proof of purchase is your grocery receipt. You receipt should be dated, have the name of the store and have the itemized 3 Blind Moose purchase circled. Why do you need my birth date? We ask for your birthday to verify that you are of legal drinking age. This is a requirement for all individuals participating in our promotions. Why is this promotion legal in some states and not legal in others? Each state separately establishes its own laws in regards to the sale and promotion of alcoholic beverages. We are required to comply with those laws and only offer promotions where we are legally permitted to do so. What can I do if this promotion is not legal in my state? Offers are only valid in states where the promotion is legal. Unfortunately, if you do not live in a state where the offer is legal you will not be able to participate in the offer. Can I redeem more than 12 bottles if from one household (e.g.: 3 cases?)? Unfortunately this offer is only good as one per person, per household. Can my husband redeem 12 and I redeem 12? Unfortunately this offer is only good as one per household. Can I redeem 12 for my primary residence and 12 for my vacation home? Unfortunately, no, this offer is only good as one per person. Can I send in separate redemptions on different dates? Unfortunately you can only send in one redemption form. If you'd like to include separate receipts for separate purchases in one redemption, you may do that. (For example, you may qualify for the $50 Orbitz Travel Discount with three separate purchases of 4 bottles, totaling 12 bottles.) Please note, the maximum offer is $50 or 12 bottles. Why do you need my signature on each redemption? By signing the redemption form, you are affirming that the information you provided is correct and that you are of legal drinking age, which is a requirement for all individuals participating in our promotions.
